Is data from the Visible Human Project from the National Library of Medicine count as publicly available? You have to sign a license agreement and state your purpose in order to use the images.

  Is data from the Visible Human Project from the National Library of Medicine count as publicly available? You have to sign a license agreement and state your purpose in order to use the images.
  A: If the data requires a license for use that prohibits its free redistribution, then it is not eligible for this contest.
