Problem Doing "Upload a File"

I am trying to put a zip file into the "Upload a File" section but when I click Save as Draft the file name just disappears, with no message.  Is there some limit I might be violating?

    OK, so I tried restarting my browser and that seemed to help.  But now I'm getting this message:
    data_file_sizedatainvalid file formatdata_content_typeinvalid file format
     
    I can email the file if that will help.
