Code for America App Submissions

There appears to be a few App submissions that were created by Code for America developers. Since one of the judges is the Founder of Code for America, should Code for America developers qualify for a prize?

  Yes Code for America developers may qualify for a prize. As you note, however, one of the judges, Jennifer Pahlka, is the Founder, Executive Director and Board Chair of Code for America. Accordingly, consistent with section 5 of the rules, Ms. Pahlka is recused from judging any submissions by Code for America developers.
