Where is the Moderator for Apps for Communites???

Has the Moderator for the Apps for Communities Challenge gone on vacation; or taken a leave of absence? There has been very little and extremly vague communications from this Moderator; and no responses to questions in nearly 10 days!

We are coming up on "very early December"; and there is still no date in which winners are to be announced. This is very inconsiderate in my view.
