On 12/15/2011 Winners will be Announced

Winners of the Apps for Communities Challenge will be announced at a ceremony on 12/15/2011.

    Brittany:

    There has been NO mention of a ceremony to announce winners; and this is NOWHERE in the rules for this challenge.

    There have been no ceremony invitations sent to participants or supporters; and there has been NO explanation as to why a ceremonly has been SUDDENLY planned without prior notice to announce the Community App Challenge winners.

    Please provide details of the ceremony; and please confirm that winners will be announced "ONLINE" on 12/15/2011.
